The driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge holding a sign showing your name.

In any case he will always have a mobile phone so he can contact you if any problem may arise.

This is the reason we ask for personal information during the reservation.

Our driver will help you
with your luggage and escort you
to the vehicle.

Up to an hour delay, you will not be charged.

Any additional delay will be charged 10€ per hour.

Tips are welcome but not required, and entirely at your discretion.

Any extras costs will be shown during booking. The price on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden costs.

Although you may book your transfer/ tour online or by phone up to 4 hours before the pick up/ arrival time, we recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure that we have availability, especially for tours.

You will receive a confirmation email, which will contain your Taxi voucher, along with all the details of your reservation.

You can make a booking online, by phone and by email.

We will ask you for information regarding the transfer/ tour such as flight details, arrival/ pick up time, destination address, passenger contact information and luggage amount.

At the end you will pay the driver direct at the conclusion of the transfer.
